Hello, and thank you for your interest in our company.

For those, hopefully fewer and fewer, who have not yet had the opportunity to take advantage of the efficiency of our services, we will provide a brief presentation of our organization.

Graphiconsulting ‘s mission, as its name indicates, is to bring you its experience and open its address book to you on the occasion of any purchase/sale of offset material.

Our presence is both European and global: we are in contact with the majority of printers in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal, and with more than three thousand intermediaries in the graphic industry worldwide on all continents.

We are therefore able to identify the bulk of the machines available for sale, and at the same time we receive specific requests for various equipment from around the world.

For any transaction, our logistics unit takes care of the entire organizational aspect of the operation: dismantling, handling, transport, reassembly, training. You don’t have to worry about anything.

What is our mission?

Our best advertisement is your satisfaction:

  • The satisfaction of having obtained the best value for the material you put on sale;
  • The satisfaction of seeing your business grow after making the right investment at the best conditions.

You can find under the chapter “Our references” the list of the last operations for which the printers who called upon our services are pleased.

Our ethical charter

The success of our organization is based on a professional ethic to which we are very attached and which we explain below:

  • We are not bound to any brand.
    We work independently and have no preconceived ideas about any machine. Our experience is that which we have collected from multiple users, without any preconceived judgment.
  • We do not work from stock. We offer you the machines currently available on the market, without trying to convince you to buy a machine that we have to sell.
  • Our intervention is paid only if your project is successful. In the case of a sale, no fee will be charged until we have found a market for your machine at the expected price. The same applies to any acquisition, for which our services are completely voluntary until you have found your happiness. Our fees are subject to prior agreement before any transaction.
  • We only close a file after all logistical operations have been completed, i.e. when the machine you have purchased is in production, or when the one you have sold has left your workshop.
  • We don’t put you at risk for credit.
    The machines sold are fully paid before collection.
  • We do not work on machines that are priced out of the market. You can be assured that the machines we offer are in a correct and acceptable price range. Similarly, we strive to steer your project in the direction that best suits your business: no cheap investment, but no over-investment either.
  • We surround ourselves with the best technicians for the dismantling and installation of your equipment. Over the years, we have built up a close relationship with a large network of highly skilled engineers, so that there are no problems when you get your machine up and running.
  • We work in complete discretion.
    We don’t talk to anyone about your project.
